The Program Director of Case Management will be responsible for the supervision of case managers and discharge planners to promote effective utilization of healthcare resources.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a Master's Degree in Nursing
  • Must have a minimum of seven (7) years experience as a registered nurse,  including four (4) years current, full-time senior/management experience in case management, working in a large North American acute-care, tertiary hospital.
  • Experience setting up a case management program is strongly preferred.
  • Must hold a current RN license from Canada or the USA.
