Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (online/distance education programs cannot be considered)
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related
  • Current nursing (RN) license
  • Must have a minimum of 10 years nursing experience, including three years current experience in a senior/executive level leadership role (e.g., Assistant Chief) in the relevant area, working in a large tertiary-care hospital
  • Magnet experience required
