The King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center (KFSH&RC) is a modern, 1,100+ bed Joint Commission International (JCI)-accredited academic medical facility located in Riyadh, the vibrant capital city of Saudi Arabia.

The Pediatric Cardiac Surgical Intensive Care Unit has 13 beds. The most common cardiac surgical procedures include:

  • Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery
  • Valve Repair and/or Replacement
  • Thoracic Aortic Aneurysm Repair
  • Heart and lung Transplant (annually)
  • Congenital Cardiac Defect Repairs
  • Complex pediatric congenital anomalies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (online/distance education programs cannot be considered)
  • Current nursing (RN) license
  • Must have a minimum of two years current experience as an RN in pediatric cardiac surgical ICU
